Happy New Year!

it is crazy to think it is 2010!! Well, Ryan and I got home from Argentina yesterday! :) it has been so much fun to spend some time with Ryan's parents, since i really didn't get to know them at all while we were dating. It was very different to spend the Holidays away from home, but we managed to see all of our siblings, nieces and nephews who came into town so that was fun! We are trying to get through school, and it is pretty tough. We are always busy and we are both really bad about calling people to check up, so i thought a blog might be a good idea. (At least i will use it and try to post updates, i'm not so sure about Ryan though). We are so grateful for our lives together and are excited to start a new year!! We have a couple of resolutions, mainly focused around exercise and school. It is good to set goals to keep us working towards things in life! Here are a few pictures from our Argentina Trip:

Our first day, on the way up to La Cumbrecita

When Ryan went to Argentina last December, he and his parents labeled a rock the "engagement rock" and we kept taking pictures at different rocks because they couldn't remember which rock it was

Steve had to cover up the ugly men who were swimming in the water. He covered them with his finger, silly Dad!
The waterfall.. so pretty!
By the Condor National Park, the scenery was very different than i thought i would see in Argentina, but very beautiful!
Ryan was so proud of his Mica rock that he found, he made me take two pictures of it! it is a very cool rock though!
See the condor? notice the white wings!

This is a good example of the little shrines that are EVERYWHERE. They are to virgins, saints, etc.
This is a chapel in downtown Cordoba. The missing steeple is not finished because Jesus is supposed to finish it when he comes again.
This is a very fun game called Padle, it is a mix between tennis and raquetball. The racket is wooden like a ping pong mallet but has holes in it, it was way fun to play!

We are very grateful for the opportunity we had to go to Argentina!
